REFUND POLICY

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within five (5) business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or incorrect delivery.

The Bennett Sisters Boutique reserves the right to refuse refunds if returned items do not meet the stated return conditions.

Damaged Products Upon Arrival

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide a clear photo of the damaged product placed on a flat surface, with the label clearly visible.

• At the first occurrence, we provide a free replacement (no refund).
• If the replacement shipment is also damaged, a full refund will be issued.

Requests submitted after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Manufacturing Defects After Use

If a manufacturing defect appears after use, please contact our customer service team.

Please note that wear-and-tear parts (such as batteries, chains, brakes, lamps, tires, tubes, or other moving parts) are not covered under warranty.

Incorrect Delivery

If you receive the wrong item, we will ship the correct product free of charge. If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost due to logistical reasons, we will first send a replacement shipment. Refunds will only be considered if redelivery fails.

Delivery Refusal or Uncollected Packages

If a package is refused or not collected by the customer, and is returned to our supplier, the Bennett Sisters Boutique reserves the right to deduct up to 100% of the order value from any refund.

Customs Duties

In rare cases, customs authorities may apply import duties. These charges are outside our control and are not refundable by the Bennett Sisters Boutique.

In 99% of cases, no additional charges apply. If you are affected, please contact our customer service team.

Product Image Disclaimer

Some products may differ slightly from the images shown on our website in terms of color tone, material texture, or small details. Such differences do not qualify as defects and do not entitle the customer to compensation or refund. However, we are always open to reviewing possible solutions together.
